1. Our guarantee

If it is not what you expected, email me within 14 days of purchase and I will refund you in full - no reason required and no form to fill in. Your PIN is released to you as well, on the same delay you chose, because keeping it after refunding you would be indefensible and handing it over instantly would make a refund request the quickest way back into Rust.

2. Immediate access and the right of withdrawal

This is digital content delivered immediately. By completing checkout you expressly requested immediate access and acknowledged that you thereby lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has begun.

3. How to request a refund

Email hello@lastwipe.xyz from the address you bought with, within 14 days of purchase. That is the whole process: no reason required, no form.

4. How refunds are paid

To the original payment method, normally within 5-10 business days.

5. Chargebacks

If something is wrong, email us first - we would rather refund you than contest a chargeback.
